The ViewDRO software is PC-based, dimensional
measurement software, for manual measurement systems with crosshair alignment. It
can be used on the systems like optical projectors, measuring microscopes. It uses
crosshair to align features and read encoder positions for measurements. It then compares
the measurement to nominal values and tolerances to identify conditions of
non-conformance. The software requires an encoder interface
adapter to read encoder positions.
The software is for Windows 2000/XP. It takes
advantage of the latest operating systems and provides a familiar, graphical environment
to complete your measurement. The software can be easily linked to other Windows
applications, such as spreadsheets and SPC packages. The ViewDRO tolerance functions
conform to ASME Y14.5M 1994 requirements.
